This drawing details the as-built status of the electrical infrastructure including: Housing and Power Requirements: – 154 residential units across multiple types (A: 22 units at 47.61m², B1: 42 units at 51.35m², B2: 22 units at 51.39m², B3: 34 units at 52.77m², B4:, essentially, 34 units at 53.29m²) – Total power demand of 103.72 kVA with 69.15% power factor – Individual residential connections rated at 5-6 kVA with BT-1 tariff classification Distribution Network: – Overhead preensambled trifasic cable network (428m of 3×50-1x50mm² and 362m of 3×95-1x50mm²) – Underground sections using 110mm PVC conduits – 9.5m and 9.0m concrete poles for overhead distribution – Distribution boxes, service connections, and transformer details – Detailed earthing and protection systems The plan includes technical specifications for connectors, suspension grips, junction boxes, and other network components according to CGE (Compañía General de Electricidad) standards.
