Site plan for a large commercial development featuring Leroy Merlin and Assaí retail zones. I’ve included the full parking layout which shows 716 car stalls and 29 motorcycle spots.. Inside the building footprint, the plan shows the administration wing with RH, training rooms, and a staff refectory. There’s a lot of detail for service areas too—loading docks, technical zones, and trash storage. All ramps and levels are designed according to NBR 9050 accessibility standards for the Brazilian market. Plan also covers client bathrooms, elevators, and main entrance zones. The layout is scaled in meters, covering a footprint of roughly 400m by 470m.
