Flat pattern layout for a hexagonal steel fire pit, intended for CNC laser or plasma cutting. The set includes the top hexagonal grate with its radial spoke design plus the side panels and base supports. I’ve designed these to be cut from 10 ga. or 3mm/5mm thk. mild steel (ASTM A36 or BS EN 10025) to handle high-temp cycles. Geometry allows for interlocking assembly, so minimal welding is reqd. for the main body. Dimensions in the file cover an 85.6 x 63.4 layout, typ. for a medium-sized outdoor burner. Includes 10mm dia. center vent in the grate. This suits residential landscaping or custom metalwork projects.
