Casa Cavalli Luigi Snozzi DWG Full Project for AutoCAD
Located in Verscio (Switzerland); this famous project was built by Luigi Snozzi; between 1976 and 1978. This house is located in the same neighborhood as the Snider House. It lies parrallel to it and is laterally set back. To create a relationship with the village; Snozzi made the path leading to the house the cardinal point of the design. He placed the entrance to the house into the axis of existing alley; whereby the latter gets elongated beyond the apex of a left turn. The path continues inside the house as a staircase which; turning to the right; first leads up to the living room and then to the bedroom level. The space above the staircase is opened up through the entire building height and lightened by high window openings.
