Por una parte tenemos la cocina, el comedor, el cuarto de estar y un baño para invitados. Los colores implementados para este sector de la casa, son tonos claros para las paredes y los colores fuertes se encuentran tanto en los muebles como en los adornos. El comedor y la cocina se encuentran conectados a través de un vano, el cual tiene la función de brindar luz natural y ventilación a la cocina, también funciona como barra. Decidimos que el comedor no este separado del cuarto de estar mediante una puerta, sino que esa separación se da por el baño para los invitados, pero a su vez hay un paso libre entre cada habitación. La parte privada está compuesta por el dormitorio, un cuarto de lectura y el baño privado. Este sector está separado del resto mediante una puerta. También se puede dar la separación del cuarto de lectura y el dormitorio mediante una puerta corrediza, lo cual genera que esta separación sea opcional. Como en el trabajo decidimos que la clienta sea escritora, hicimos un cuarto especialmente para ella, el cual tiene una gran biblioteca con un escritorio para que trabaje y un sillón para su tiempo de lectura. Tanto el dormitorio como este cuarto, tienen en una pared un color llamativo y el resto en blanco. el departamento también cuenta con una terrraza, la cual tiene una mesa y un luar para descansar.
