Dirigible Hindenburg 3D SKP Model for SketchUp
LZ 130 Graf Zeppelin II were the two largest airships built; and the largest aircraft ever built. The Hindenburg was named in honor of the President of Germany Paul von Hindenburg. It was a new design; completely made of duralumin: 245 m long; 41 m in diameter; 16 bags (14 2 hydrogen and air balloons) with a capacity of 200,000 m of gas; with useful thrust of 112; 1 t (1.099 MN); thanks to four diesel engines Daimler – Benz DB 602 of 1,200 hp (890 kW). A top speed of 135 km / h.
