First Floor Concrete Deck & RC Beams/Columns Structural Plan

Structural engineering plan detailing reinforced concrete elements for the first floor of the Sobega project. The drawing includes detailed specifications for concrete curing (minimum 7 days) and water:cement ratio (less than 0.53). All structural work follows SABS 1200 GB standards with additional notes regarding soil bearing capacity (minimum 150 kPa).
