Virtual Model in SketchUp Pro Project developed which consists of a construction of two levels and occupying an area of ??60.00 m2 floor and land utilization coefficient of 120 m2. The project (room, dining room, kitchen, toilet and laundry room) downstairs and upstairs master bedroom would be, with bathroom, walk – in – closet and a small work area (office), but besides a terrace outside. The voluntary use was essential to the steps of conceptualization and realization of design.
