The building is located at the corner between Fabrikvej (south) and Homannsgade (East) near the train station in horsens. the plot is surrounded by typical danish brickwork houses; as well as newly built buildings with a more modern minimalist design. the plot area was a parking space and has a nice view overlooking a small church in the SE. an access to the parking area and entrance to the parking area and entrances is established from both streets.
