House of Paul Rudolph Walker, one of the most famous works of the architect in its cycle of Florida houses to which owed much of his fame. The property has hinged walls that function as a covered veranda, which are lifted by an ingenious system of weights. The structure of 140 m2 built is based on a modular wooden frame supported by concrete footings.
