Architectural set for a retail store renovation including survey and layout plans. covers existing situation, demolition, and new proposed massing study for the sales area, stock, and backoffice. I’ve included sections and facade elevations with specific notes for masonry, drywall, and EPS insultaion for technical areas. Technical tables for finishes and areas (sales floor, stock, restrooms) are all there, along with fire protection and electrical legends. Metric units used throughout. This was for a site in Assú, RN, and it’s pretty thorough regarding retail fit-out requirements like CCTV, SPDA, and commercial signage. CAD 2018 format.
