Catholic temple located in the city of Toluca dedicated to Our Lady of Carmen. The stroke of the Convent and the Church Architect Don Miguel de Rivera was charged. First the Chapel of Santa Teresa and after the new church was concluded in the form of a Latin cross; opening and being blessed on March 25, 1711. It was built in the Baroque style but was modified in 1857 to neoclasico; which I was already fashionable in those years. The main facade has a cover of two bodies and a door half point with a rectangular frame; on the choir window there is a niche occupied by the image of the Purisima Concepcion. In 1811 the tower began and was completed three years later with a diving bell much like the Cathedral of Mexico Cared.
