The roof structure bears on a bond beam; part of the loadbearing masonry system. The wall has a 24mm clear air space for drainage and weep vents are spaced at 600mm o.c. There is an air/moisture/vapour barrier on the cavity side of the CMU; and 50mm rigid insulation resides in the drainage cavity
