Basement floor plan for the Sierra ‘C’ residential model, incl. structural framing schedules and a wall section detail. We’ve included a Structural Framing Schedule listing steel lintels (S1-S7), wood lintels (L1-L5), and various steel and wood posts like HSS and teleposts. The drawing features multiple pour heights ranging from 2125mm to 2675mm and specific beam pockets for W200x21 steel beams. On the right, I’ve noted a section of the 200mm poured concrete exterior wall showing weeping tile penetration and PVC conduit connections. We also have dimensions for speicfic items like the 700 x 1000 x 150 furnace pad and 125mm diameter weeping tiles. This serves well as a reference for residential foundation construction or as a case study for CMHC test houses.
