Employment Analysis and Research on the Historical Center of Cusco and comparison with the historical center of Mexico, differences and similarities with the regulation of public spaces and internvencion. To all this we analyze the plaza Santa Teresa in history factors besides morphology problematic and proposes an alternative intervention.
