El hombre necesita espacios para asearse, el diseño de la vivienda contara con estas instancias para cumplir aquellas necesidades. Después de un día de tareas y trabajo el hombre requiere de un espacio en el cual pueda recuperar la energía gastada durante el día. Los miembros de la familia necesitan un espacio para interactuar entre ellos y también con las visitas que reciben, son los espacios más amplios dentro de la vivienda. Un aspecto importante de la casa lo constituye el jardín cuya función cumple el cometido de ambientar y proporcionar espacios recreativos al aire libre. El proyecto esta implantado dentro de la urbanizaion ciudad del mar en el sector altos del mar jjunto a la zona deportiva. Su orientación debe basarse según la proyección del proyecto. La forma que presenta nuestro terreno es poligonal Con las siguientes dimensiones y límites: En la parte frontal: por el lado de la via 8 con 20.30m En la parte lateral derecha: limita con la familia Bonilla - Izurieta 25.7m y un quiebre de 10.90m Por la lateral izquierda limita con la familia delgado farfan con 26.00m En la parte posterior 15.90m 10.9 25.7 20.3 26 15.9 El terreno muestra una topografia bastante irregular siendo el lado de la calle con 45.00 m el lado mas bajo del proyecto y el fondo con 50m sobre el nivel del mar el lado mas alto de proyecto generando una pendiente del 16% que fue considerda para la realizacion eeste proyecto y sacar beneficios del mismo. El lugar donde esta ubicado el terreno cuenta con toda la infraestructura basica que hace posible y viable la construcción del mismo El entorno debe estar acorde a nuestro proyecto y viceversa, es decir; que el proyecto se encuentre a la vez en concordancia con el medio que lo rodea. El entorno del terreno no encontro ninguna arquitectura sobresaliente, se encuentra en una zona netamente residencial muy cerca del SPORT ZONE que puede ser considerado un punto de referencia para localizar el terreno. A los alrededores de dicho terreno se encontró una sola construcción de estilo mediterráneo, mientras que los demás terrenos se encuentran aun sin construcciónes El proyecto es una vivienda de carácter residencial donde habitan personas de altos recursos económicos y por ende satisface todas las necesidades que ellos puedan llegar a requerir. Ubicada en el sector de altos del mar encontramos este lugar un espacio adecuado para la realización del proyecto estratégicamente ubicado cerca de la zona deportiva y con vista al mar se tiene todas las condicionantes que le dan un plus a este proyecto. En cuanto al diseño de la vivienda realizado en una malla modulada de 0.60 m por 0.60 m, encontramos principios de diseño básico como lo son el equilibrio y la armonía jerarquizando el área exterior de la casa donde se encuentra la piscina y zonas recreativas para de esta manera invitar hacia el exterior a las personas que habiten la vivienda. 33 En primera instancia encontramos dos accesos hacia nuestro proyecto uno vehicular que nos lleva a un amplio garaje para dos automóviles cubierto por pérgolas. el acceso peatonal nos lleva a través de un amplio corredor que será el eje de nuestro proyecto, este eje es que divide entre las zonas que son realmente intima de la vivienda como la sala, el comedor, cocina habitaciones, etc de la zona que es social y para los visitantes de la familia como lo son; la barbacoa la piscina, el gimnasio, la sala de cine, etc. El cuarto de entretenimiento se encuentra en una planta de subsuelo en la parte de atrás del proyecto. \W9.38182; En lo que tiene que ver con la parte constructiva; debido a que la vivienda se encuentra ubicada cerca del mar y es de estilo mediterráneo por reglamento interno de la urbanización se han escogido materiales netamente de esta corriente arquitectónica como lo son el H.A. la madera, el yeso, las diferente mal gamas de piedras, incorporando en sus fachadas; arcos, balaustres, puertas y ventanas las mismas que diseñaron combinando la madera y el vidrio con colores cálidos típicos de una vivienda mediterránea.
