The heat exchanger specifications include a shell ID of 245mm × 1500mm length × 4mm thickness, 56 seamless tubes (19.05mm OD, 14G), and 5 baffles. The unit is designed for thermal circulation with steam/water at pressures up to 5 kg/sq.cm.

External surfaces are matt finished while all measurements follow metric standards with dimensions specified in millimeters. The design accommodates 6 trays per heating plate with a total system capacity for pharmaceutical drying operations.
