Master plan for a tropical eco-resort, designed at 1/500 scale. It covers the full site layout from the main entrance & parking to the specific guest zones like simple rooms, doubles, and suites. I’ve included a lot of the amenities: a pool area, spa, sports zone, and even a large auditorium for events. Materials listed in the notes include ishpingo wood for columns and railings, translucent glass, and palm thatch for the mirador roofs. Layout includes: – Bar-dining area and admin offices. – Waterfront features like a puerto (port) and water fountain. – zones for a “Lagarto Cocha” recreation area. – Full set of blocks for furniture, landscaping, and people. The CAD file is fairly dense with over 29,000 entities, so it’s got plenty of detail for the surrounding vegetation and site context. All dimensions are metric.
