Architectural floor plan for a hotel mechanical services area comprising two main components: a machine room section adn a water tank section. The machine room area is subdivided into multiple spaces including two machine rooms (8.01m² and 13.85m²), an antechamber (6.01m²), and installation shafts (1.79m² each). The plan features detailed roofing elements with 7% inclined surfaces, waterproofed gutters, and strategic rainwater drainage systems. Technical specifications include thermal-acoustic MBP roofing panels with polyurethane insulation (50mm thickness) and detailed edge treatments with top dentated flashing (RTD) and lateral inferior flashing (RLI). Access is provided via a stairway system connecting to lower floors. The drawing is prepared at 1:75 scale with dimensions in millimeters according to Brazilian technical standards for the Hotel Araripina project located on BR-316 in Araripina, PE.
