The plan incorporates service areas with a 6.0 m² boiler room and 84.1 m² manipulation space.
The building uses a mixed construction system with reinforced concrete structural elements and Ytong aerated concrete block walls (100-300mm thickness). Interior finishes include ceramic tile flooring with ceramic skirting in staff areas, Panbex concrete flooring in the main retail space, SDK suspended ceilings (at +2.6m height), and various wall finishing treatments including ceramic tiling in wet areas. The entrance elevation includes Kingspan PUR facade panels in a horizontal configuration with 100mm thickness.
