Comprehensive set of floor plans for a 26-story affordable housing development for university staff. This plans detail multiple residential floors (including standard floors 3-25, ground floor, and mechanical/roof levels) at 1:50 scale. Each typical floor contains symmetrical apartment layouts with 2-3 bedroom units featuring living rooms, kitchens, bathrooms, and balconies. The building incorporates elevator shafts (including accessible and fire evacuation elevators), stairwells, utility chases, and shared hallways. Construction details include solid brick walls around elevator shafts, concrete structural elements, hollow clay brick partition walls, and specifications for MEP systems including HVAC, plumbing connections, and drainage. The project was designed by Sichuan Hongji Architectural Design Co. Ltd. for West China University staff housing with design number 2007-031.
