Each apartment is a 2-bedroom layout (~62sqm) featuring a master suite, second bedroom, living area, and a small service area/kitchen combo. Includes a central service core with two elevators and a pressurized staircase. The “Cobertura” sheet gives you the full roof layout, including the tiling slopes (17% pitch), gutter details, and the machine room for the elevators. It’s fully dimensioned with room areas clearly marked. I used this for a project in Salvador, Brazil.
