The layout features dedicated hospitality and service zones: a main entrance with reception and administration, a luggage room, cafeteria with a preparation area and pantry, and a laundry room. Guest accommodations include single and double bedrooms with integrated restrooms and closets. Service areas are defined with separate locker rooms for men and women, storage, and a service hall. The project also incorporates on-site parking and a central garden.
