01 . Temperatura del mar es constante con diferencias mínimas, la temperatura del aire es elevada por los meses de verano y bajas durante invierno. La humedad relativa es media alta debido a la cercanía al litoral. . Presenta precipitaciones casi nulas llegando a un máximo de 5 mm . . Los vientos son constantes durante todo el año en dirección suroeste con brisca fresca (30 40 km/h) . Al inicio de verano en diciembre es cuando el recorrido presenta una mayor inclinación hacia el sur, estando al mediodía a unos 76° con respecto al horizonte. Mientras que en el mes de junio se llega a inclinar al norte aproximadamente 58°, que representa la máxima inclinación del sol al mediodía en todo el año. ORIENTACIÓN: - Los volúmenes arquitectónicos deberán estar orientados de tal manera que las ventanas se encuentren hacia el Sur y Suroeste. Estas permiten el ingreso y rápido ingreso de viento hacia el interior para ventilar durante el día. 2. MATERIALES: -Masa Térmica Baja: Es importante considerar el uso de murosdelgados(con un máximo de 20cm. debido a que se requiere de poca masa para que esta no retenga el calor y lograr evitar que sea muy caliente por las noches.^J-Uso de materiales no aislantes, que evite la concentración de calor como: Madera, mortero de yeso y bambú. 3. TECHOS: -Uso de aleros para la protección solar , generar la mayor cantidad de sombras. -Voladizos que generen sombras en los espacios exteriores^J-Zocalos exteriores protegidos de la humedad.^J- Exteriores e interiores de colores claros para evitar absorber el calor. -Techos elevados para mejor circulación de aire.^J 4. VENTILACIÓN:^J-Lo recomentable seria emplear una ventilacion cruzada, ya que por los niveles de humedad es necesario generar mucha ventilacion - Las edificaciones no deben de estar muy juntas para permitir mejor circulación entre casas -evitar obstrucciones de vientos en areas exteriores a la construccion. - Uso de persianas en las ventanas para evitar paso intenso del sol, sin afectar ventilación. - Construcciones sobreelevadas para facilitar la ventilación por debajo del edificio y evitar la entrada de la humedad del suelo. 5. VEGETACIÓN: - Debido a la humedad es recomentable alejar la vegetacion de las ventanas para evitar el aumento de la humedad, sin embargo es importante ya que los arboles generan sombra. 6. HUMEDAD - Zócalos exteriores protegidos de la humedad - Viviendas levantadas 0.50 metros sobre el nivel del suelo para evitar humedad directa. RECOMENDACIONES GENERALES DE ORIENTACION S SO - Tenemos q aprovechar la direccion del viento de tal modo que se orientara los vanos de S a SE con ventanas pequeñas. - Se debe orientar la corriente de viento hacia el espacio habitado y evitar la radiacion solar ,por ello , se debe colocar ventanas con proteccion solar en la fachada norte y sur .De preferencia evitar orientaciones este oeste - Se debe proteger al edificio de la radiacion solar por ese motivo , debemos evitar la orientacon este oeste ya que por ahi amanece y anochece ELEMENTOS METEOROLOGICOS UNIDAD DE MEDIDA PROMEDIO ANUAL ENE.
