Condominium DWG Plans: Apartment & Tower

Our Condominium collection holds 3,800+ DWG files for multi-unit residential buildings: apartment blocks, multifamily towers, and gated residential developments. These are the drawings behind the buildings most people actually live in. Read more about this category ▾

Coverage runs from the unit to the whole development. Floor plans cover ground floors with lobbies and leisure areas, typical residential floors, penthouse levels, and rooftop layouts. Building sets include elevations, sections, and circulation cores (lifts, stairs, corridors). Structural content is heavy here: formwork plans floor by floor, slab and beam layouts, reinforcement plans, and column schedules for reinforced-concrete towers. Site implementation plans show the building in its plot with parking, permeable areas, landscaping, and access. Amenity drawings cover pools, gyms, party rooms, and shared ground-floor facilities common to condominium living.

Most files are AutoCAD DWG with dimensioned plans, area schedules per unit and per floor, and structural annotations (concrete grades, rebar callouts). Many entries are full multi-sheet executive projects pairing architecture with structure and site work. AutoCAD 2010 or later opens every file; a portion include 3D models.

Condominium is part of our broader Residential catalog. Related collections: House for single-family homes, Apartment for individual flat layouts, Stairways for circulation-core details, and Construction Details & Systems for the formwork and reinforcement behind the towers.
