Offshore Oil Rig Pipe Support Assembly Detail Drawing PS-1037-D225

Detailed fabrication drawing for a pipe support assembly (PS-1037-D225) located at the drawworks side of Larsen Rig 1 at level H06.5. This assembly includes multiple components:

Main Components:
– Pipe Support (1PS-1037-D225): C15x33.9 channel, 11′-0½” length, ASTM A36 steel
– Two pipe clamps (2PS-1037-D225 adn 3PS-1037-D225) designed for securing 12″ and 10″ diameter pipes to W14x90 and W14x257 structural members
– Multiple threaded rod assemblies (4PS-1037-D225 and 5PS-1037-D225): ¾” diameter C1018 CRS round bar with 3/4-10UNC threads at each end, lengths of 2′-8″ and 1′-8″
