El primero está formado por cables que cubren una luz de 31 m sobre los que apoyan los elementos de segundo orden , también cables, a modo de viguetas.Serán sobre éstos sobre los que se dispondrán los paños de material textil a modo de cubrición. La cubierta consta de unos elementos de rigidización del orden primario. Se trata de cables tensados que controlan la posible flecha excesiva que podría tener la estructura. Se ha recurrido a esta solución ya que se buscaba una estructura ligera y barata, por lo sencillo de su uso y de su naturaleza estríctamente funcional.
